The Green Centre was one of the first companies in Australia to begin screening and recycling soil. Before The Green Centre excess soil from site cuts and basement excavations was taken to tips. For the past decade The Green Centre has been taking this ‘waste’ and screening out any debris such as rock, tree roots and rubble and making the soil a viable landscaping option again. This saves our environment by reducing the need for new quarries to be built, as well as diverting around thousands of cubic meters of soil out of landfill each year.
The Green Centre is only able to accept soil in large quantities of 100 cubic meters or more, this helps ensure a quality standard after the screening process. If you have a small amount of soil from your garden we advise you contact your local council.
