We cut half of each turf sample to enable you to see growth patterns - this is after 8 days growth.

My favourite turf best Winter colour for drought tolerant varieties and lowest maintenance. Seed heads can be seen on the LHS where the turf has not been cut, but they are infertile and will not germinate. Above-ground runners will help this variety to self-repair.

Better Winter colour than regular Nullarbor Couch but will still lose a lot of colour during the colder months. Needs at least 6 hours of sunlight. Small seed heads are seen here on LHS, generally an indication to mow your lawn to the required height. Needs de-thatching in the Spring.

Will lose most of its colour during the colder months. Needs at least 6 hours of sunlight. Small seed heads are seen here on LHS, generally an indication to mow your lawn to the required height. Needs de-thatching in Spring.

A strong soft blade invasive grass that has above and below ground runners great for dogs. Loses colour in the colder months. Needs at least 6 hours of sunlight.

Medium soft leaf, warm season grass perfect for high traffic areas, kids and dogs. Will lose colour in Winter and needs 6 hours of sunlight to thrive.
